Cast Iron Sheaves
Standard stock single and double groove pulleys and sheaves with diameters ranging from 1.5-to-12 inches in O, A, B, and A/B groove styles. Fixed bores range from 0.5-to-1.125 inches, English, metric, tapered bores and splined bores for interchangeable split tapered bushings.
Split Steel Sheaves
Our line of split steel pulleys and sheaves are the lighter, cost-effective alternative to stamped steel and some cast iron pulleys. Sizes for split steel pulleys and sheaves range from 3-to-12 inches. Precision-machined hubs are welded in place in a variety of English and metric bore sizes.
Machined Steel Sheaves
Steel pulleys and sheaves are manufactured using bar stock material and are available in 1.5-to-3.5 inch diameters. Machined steel pulleys are impact resistant and are more ductile.
Multiple V-Ribbed Sheaves
Multiple V-Ribbed Sheaves are manufactured to customer specifications for belt cross sections H, J, K, L, and M. This groove style is specifically designed to transmit more horsepower in a smaller more efficient drive.
